Xakia Filing Indicator - This visual indicator helps users understand if an email has already been filed in Xakia. It's visible within the add-in and as a "Filed by Xakia" tag on the email in Outlook. The add-in provides contextual actions based on the email's filing status, displaying a convenient "file email" button and an orange banner if the email is not filed.
If an email is already filed, users can see which matter it's linked to and by whom, with the option to view matter details and actions directly from Outlook. Attachments can also be filed separately.
If an email that has previously been filed in Xakia DMS and is deleted from Xakia DMS, the 'Filed by Xakia' tag will disappear from the email, and the Xakia add-in will display the Orange "Not yet filed in Xakia" message.
