How does Xakia Sync Invoices from Brightflag?

Whenever an invoice is added to a Brightflag Matter that was created by Xakia, that invoice will be synced to the Xakia Matter. You can view these invoice details from the Matter Resources Tab.


Does Xakia Remove Invoices when they are removed from Brightflag Matters?

No. Xakia only adds invoices to Xakia Matters added from Brightflag Matters. To have an invoiced removed that has been synced from a Brightflag Matter, please contact Xakia Support to coordinate removing invoice(s) from Xakia Matter(s).


What should I do if my Xakia Invoices are in the incorrect currency?

Update the Brightflag Matter Currency to the intended currency. Afterwards, contact Xakia Support to coordinate resyncing Xakia Matter invoices from the Brightflag Matter. The expected currency should now be applied to your Xakia Matter invoices.
