Outlook Add-in: Clearing Your Cache

Clean out anything lurking in your cache to speed up loading times!

If you are experiencing long loading times or are getting an error message when trying to use the Outlook Add-in then it might be due to something in your cache.


The easiest way to re-set the Outlook Add-in is to uninstall and then re-install the add-in. This lets you start with a clean slate! If you are still experiencing issues you can try clearing your cache by following these steps:

  1. Open Xakia's Outlook Add-in

  2. Click the Menu button (three lines in the top right hand corner)

  3. Click the 'Clear Cache' button

  4. The press 'Confirm' - the system will then log you out of the add-in

  5. Once logged out please feel free to log back in!
