If you are experiencing long loading times or are getting an error message when trying to use the Outlook Add-in then it might be due to something in your cache.
The easiest way to re-set the Outlook Add-in is to uninstall and then re-install the add-in. This lets you start with a clean slate! If you are still experiencing issues you can try clearing your cache by following these steps:
Open Xakia's Outlook Add-in
Click the Menu button (three lines in the top right hand corner)
Click the 'Clear Cache' button
The press 'Confirm' - the system will then log you out of the add-in
Once logged out please feel free to log back in!
