The Dashboards landing page gives you a single view of all the analytics dashboards available in Xakia. Each dashboard is displayed as a tile with a title, description, and preview image, so you can quickly identify what is available and navigate directly to the one you need. This replaces the previous experience where dashboards were accessed individually from a dropdown menu in the Analytics navigation.
Navigate to Dashboards
Go to Analytics > Dashboards in the top navigation bar. The Dashboards landing page opens, displaying all available dashboards as tiles.
Note: If you have marked any dashboards as a favourite, you can filter the page to show only those by selecting the Favourites tab at the top right of the landing page.
Available dashboards
The following dashboards are available. The dashboards displayed may vary depending on your subscription and the modules your organization uses.
All Matters — a high-level view of your legal department’s active work across status, division, category, matter manager, and priority.
All Contracts — your organization's full contracts portfolio, including total contracts, linked matters, critical contracts, and aggregate contract value.
Contracts & Lifecycle — contract lifecycle events from expiry and renewal dates to key milestones, with a Terms Explorer for side-by-side comparison of key contract terms.
Capacity — team workload at a glance, with a red/amber/green capacity indicator per team member based on Xakia’s Capacity Algorithm.
Dispute — dispute-related matters with metrics covering total disputes, open disputes, median age, and volume trends by dispute type.
External (Engagements) — external legal exposure across all external providers, broken down by firm, category, department, fee type, and currency.
External (Spend) — detailed external legal expenditure including total and average invoiced amounts, broken down by time period, firm, department, and invoice component.
Intake — all legal requests handled by your team, tracking pending and rejected requests, average days to assignment, and turnaround time.
Time Line — matter trends across time periods, tracking matters received, completed, open, and overdue, with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly views.
Work Log — time recorded against matters with breakdowns by category, division, and activity type.
Opening a dashboard
Select any tile to open that dashboard. You can mark a dashboard as a favourite by selecting the star icon in the top right corner of its tile — this pins it to your Favourites view for faster access.
