It is available to Enterprise subscribers and provides a single place to manage corporate structure, appointments, shareholdings, key dates, and documents.
Prerequisites
Enterprise subscription — Entity Management is an Enterprise-only feature.
Entity Management enabled — a Company Admin must enable Entity Management for your organization. Once enabled, Entities appears in the top navigation bar.
Entity Access permission — a Location Admin must grant you View or Edit access in Admin > Users & Security.
How it works
Entity Management uses tiles as its core navigation element. Selecting a tile takes you to the relevant record or opens a modal to view or edit information. Where an entity name appears inside a tile, selecting the name takes you directly to that entity's record.
There are two types of record in Entity Management:
Corporate Entities — companies that form part of your organization's corporate family. Stored at the global company level and shared across all Xakia locations.
Individuals (People) — people associated with your entities. Stored at the location level.
Note: Entity Management can only be enabled on one Xakia location per organization. Choose the location carefully before going live, as Individual and Party data cannot be moved between locations
Navigate to Entity Management
Select Entities from the top navigation bar to open the Entity Management Dashboard.
The left sidebar
The left sidebar provides access to:
Dashboard — recent records and upcoming key dates.
Entities — the full list of Corporate Entities.
People — the full list of Individuals.
Search — full-text search across all Entity Management data.
Add New and Search
The Add New button (top right, present on every screen) creates a new Corporate Entity or Individual. The search bar at the top of every screen provides a quick search for Corporate Entities and Individuals by name.
