Select Entities from the top navigation bar, then select Dashboard from the left sidebar.

Shows the most recently accessed or created Corporate Entity records as tiles. Each tile displays the entity name, type, and address. Select a tile to open that record.

Shows the most recently accessed or created Individual records. Each tile displays the person's name, primary address, and any linked entities. Select a tile to open the Individual record, or select an entity name within the tile to navigate directly to that entity.

Lists upcoming key dates and tasks recorded against entity and individual records, sorted by date. Each entry shows the date type, the date, and the associated entity or person. Select an entry to open the relevant record.

Select Add New (top right) to open a modal where you can create a new Corporate Entity or Individual. Select New company or New individual, complete the form, and select Save.

The search bar at the top of every Entity Management screen searches Corporate Entities and Individuals by name with live autocomplete. For a comprehensive search across all Entity Management data — including documents, tasks, and shareholdings — select Search from the left sidebar.
