Managing Individuals (People)

Individual records store information about people connected to your Corporate Entities — directors, shareholders, legal representatives, and other key contacts.

Each record holds personal details, contact information, appointments, shareholdings, key dates, and documents.

The People list

Select People from the left sidebar. The list shows all Individuals with columns for Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Occupation, Phone, Email, Last Modified, and Modified By. Filtering works the same as the Corporate Entities list.

The Individual record

Select an individual tile to open their record. The main column contains the header (name, corporate role, metadata), Contact Information, Appointments, and Audit History. The right sidebar contains Personal Details, Shareholding, Key Dates / Tasks, and Documents.

Personal Details

Shown in the right sidebar. Select Edit to update. Fields include: salutation, first, middle, and last name, former name, unique identifiers (1 and 2), honorific, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, and occupation

Note: Unique Identifier 1, Unique Identifier 2, and Date of Birth are confidential fields. Users without Confidential Fields access see these displayed as Confidential rather than the actual value.

Contact Information

Shown in the main column. Select + Edit Contact Information to update phone, email, and address details. Select + Add Address within the edit form to add a second address — each address block has its own phone and email. Multiple addresses display as side-by-side tiles on the record.

Appointments

Shows the entities at which this person holds an official appointment — for example, Director at Northbridge Group LLP. This is the inverse view of the same data shown on the Corporate Entity record.

Shareholding

Shows the entities in which the individual holds shares, with their ownership percentage in each entity and the share type.
