Adding a Key Date or Task
1. Open the Corporate Entity or Individual record.
2. In the Key Dates / Tasks panel, select + Add.
3. Use the toggle to select Task or Key Date.
4. Complete the relevant fields (see below).
5. Select Save.
Task fields
• Task Name and Date (both required)
• Responsible — a single assigned Xakia user (required)
• Recurrence Interval — set the task to repeat (default: None)
• Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Critical
• Status — Not Started, In Progress, Awaiting Action, Completed, or Cancelled
• Email Reminder and Detail (free text notes)
Key Date fields
• Key Date Name and Date (both required)
• Priority and Email Reminder
• Sync with my Calendar — adds this date to your personal calendar
• Notify — select multiple users to receive a notification
• Completed — mark the date as done
• Detail — free text notes
Viewing all items
The Key Dates / Tasks panel shows the most recent items. Select View all to see the complete list for that record.
