Adding a document
Open the Corporate Entity or Individual record and select + Add in the Documents panel.
Drag and drop a file into the upload area, or select Upload to browse.
Alternatively, select Link a file to attach an external document link.
Select Save.
Supported file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, .eml, .msg, .txt
Maximum upload size: 200 MB.
Viewing and opening documents
Uploaded documents appear as tiles in the Documents panel. Select a tile to open the document (PDFs open in a new tab). Select View all to open the full document manager.
Document actions
In the document manager, select the three-dot menu next to a document for:
Upload New Version — add a new version while keeping version history.
Download — save the file to your computer.
Details — view document metadata.
Mark as Confidential — restrict visibility to users with Confidential Documents access.
Delete — remove the document.
Organising with folders
Select + New Folder in the document manager, enter a folder name, and select Save. Folder creation is recorded in the Audit History.
Confidential documents
Selecting Mark as Confidential restricts the document to users with Confidential Documents access. This action is recorded in the Audit History. See Entity Management Permissions to configure this access.
