The Search page provides a full search across all Entity Management data, including documents, tasks, key dates, and shareholdings.
Top search bar
The search bar appears at the top of every Entity Management screen. Type to search Corporate Entities and Individuals by name — results appear as a live autocomplete dropdown. Select a result to navigate directly to that record.

Select Search from the left sidebar.
Type your search term. Results appear as you type.
Use the filter tabs: All, Corporate Entities, People, Documents, Tasks / Key Dates, or Shareholders.
Select a result tile to navigate to the record or open its associated modal.

Corporate Entity — entity type and address.
People — address and linked entity names (select a name to navigate to that entity).
Shareholder — shareholding percentage and share details.
Document — file name and the entity the document belongs to.
Task / Key Date — date, type, and associated entity or person.
Note: The Search page is scoped to Entity Management only. It does not return results from Matters, Contracts, Spend, or other Xakia modules.
