Viewing the Audit History
A preview of recent audit entries appears at the bottom of every Corporate Entity and Individual record. Select View all to open the full Audit History modal.
What is recorded
Record creation — when the entity or individual was created, and by whom.
Field changes — the field name, and both the previous and new values.
Appointments — when appointments are added, including the appointment date.
Shareholdings — when shareholdings are added, including type, quantity, and entity.
Tasks and Key Dates — when items are added to the record.
Documents — when documents are uploaded or marked as confidential.
Address changes — when addresses are added or updated.
Navigating from the Audit History
Entity and individual names within audit entries are clickable links. Select a name to navigate directly to that record.
Audit History columns
Created — date and time of the change.
Created By — the Xakia user who made the change.
Field — the type of change (for example, Appointment Added).
Details — a plain-language description of what changed.
Note: Entries appear in most-recent-first order. The oldest entry in any record is always the creation event.
