Overview
A new welcome dashboard is now the default home page that greets you when login.
Here's a look at the Get Set Up checklist, the What Needs You panel, KPI tiles, and the updated navigation.
This redesigned home dashboard is currently rolling out to newly registered companies and new locations. If your home screen looks different, you're on the classic version for now.
What Needs You at a glance
Below your KPI tiles, the What Needs You panel gives you three columns to work from:
Notifications: system and account alerts relevant to you.
Waiting on You: items sitting in your queue, like invoices or approvals.
Due and Upcoming: key dates and deadlines coming up across your matters and contracts.
KPI tiles
Across the top of your home screen, four tiles give you a quick read on where things stand:
Active Matters: how many matters are open, including how many are overdue.
Intake: unassigned requests and where they've been routed.
Spend: invoiced amounts over the past 30 days, broken down by status.
Contracts in Progress: contracts awaiting approval or execution.
Each tile carries a red, amber, or green status light so you can spot what needs attention without opening it.
Getting around your home screen
The top navigation is simpler too:
A single + Create button replaces the separate create buttons, so you can start a new matter or contract from one place.
Your name and account settings now live under an avatar icon in the top right.
On mobile, a hamburger menu opens a navigation drawer, including the same location switcher you already use on desktop if you have access to more than one location.
In a Trial? Here is your Get Set Up Checklist
You'll see a Get Set Up bar at the top of your home screen. It walks you through seven setup tasks, and updates as you complete each one so you can see how far along you are.
You don't have to finish it in one sitting. Snooze it if you want it out of the way for now, or dismiss it if you're done with it for good.
