Use the Outlook Add-In and SharePoint integration to save emails and documents directly to your SharePoint!

You can set up SharePoint in your Outlook Add-In by following these instructions:

Xakia

  • Navigate to your 'Admin' > 'Integrations'

  • Toggle 'On' the option to save documents from SharePoint

Outlook Add-In

  • Find the relevant email and open the Xakia Add-In

  • Search for the matter

  • Click the 'Add Email/Documents' icon

  • Choose the documents that you wish to save

  • Select the 'SharePoint Online' checkbox under 'Choose Document Storage'

  • Click 'Save'
