Based on customer feedback, we’ve made the following fields on the matter form optional:
- Work type
Note: Whilst fields like groups, matter value and currency may not be relevant to all matters or organizations, it can certainly assist with analytics where the information is useful.
Other form fields are critical to providing you with solid reports and dashboards so you get a clear and holistic view of the work being undertaken. These fields highlight how your team's advice and contribution on a matter contribute to your organization's strategic goals. These fields also help you understand, communicate and optimize your Legal Department's role within the business and show the value of your legal team to the organization and executive team.
These optional fields can toggled on/off on the matter form by an Admin member on your team. Follow the steps below to get started:
- Click on ‘Admin’ in the top navigation menu
- Click on ‘General Settings’ from the left hand panel
- Scroll down to the ‘Matter Form Settings’ section
- Toggle ‘On’ the fields you would like to appear on the form
- Work type
