๐ NEW: Xakia Legal Requests for Salesforce
Weโre excited to launch the Xakia + Salesforce integration (available with the Advance subscription).
Sales and Legal Teams can streamline and improve collaboration with the Xakia + Salesforce integration. You will be able to easily create a legal request in Xakia, directly from opportunities in Salesforce. Thereโs no duplicate data entry, and key information and updates are automatically displayed in Salesforce.

๐ NEW: Expense custom fields
Add up to 5 additional expense custom fields to enable attribution of invoices for accounting purposes. This will appear in the Resource tab > Expenses in a matter. For example, expense custom fields can be used by clients for fields such as:
- GL Code
- Cost Type
- Cost Centre
- Company code

๐ NEW: Table Report
Create a pdf Table Report by selecting two fields to analyse matter, intake and external firm data. You can select values to include, such as matter volume, task volume, turnaround time, inflow and completion rates.
Take it for a spin by navigating to Analytics > Reports > Reports (New) from the top navigation bar. Click on Analysis Report from the left hand menu and select Table Report.
๐ Improvements to new reports
Group sub-divisions and sub-category selection in matter list drop down
It is common for teams to have identical names for sub-divisions/sub-categories under different divisions/categories. This improvement groups sub-divisions/sub-categories on the matter list drop-down for easy filtering.
Separate division/subdivisions and category/sub-category filter in the Excel Report
In the new Excel Report, we have separated out the division/sub-division and category/sub-category fields so you can easily sort and filter for a division/category and a sub-division/sub-category in two different columns in Excel.
Lessons Learned added to Excel and Matter List Report
Lessons Learned and Lesson Notes are now selectable fields in the Excel and Matter List Report.
