Spend management feature improvements
We’ve made some improvements to our spend management feature. Check it out below!
🌟 Cost estimate fields - breakdown of costs
On the 'Resources' tab of a matter, you can now include a breakdown of the costs for the 'Initial Cost Estimate' and 'Updated Cost Estimate' fields. Click on the blue arrow next to the field to evoke a slide-out.
The cost breakdown includes:
- Professional fees + tax
- Disbursements + tax
- Non-taxable Disbursements
- Adjustments + tax
You can also add additional tax lines to the cost breakdowns:
- Click on the +New Tax Line
- Enter a name and cost
🌟 New: 'Internal Cost Estimate' field
We have included a new field on the 'Resources' tab to include your own internal cost estimate. This is for your internal use only.
🌟 Enhancement: View/add expenses slide-out
When viewing or manually adding an expense for a resource, the slide-out has been updated to include:
- Tax has been included for each cost
- A non-taxable disbursements field
- Ability to add additional tax lines
