Learn how to review your spend with beautiful, interactive dashboards

Xakia's Spend Dashboard provides you with an immediate understanding of your spend, without the need for you to build anything at all. And yet, it is highly configurable.

Select the Spend Dashboard from the top navigation bar > Analytics > Dashboards > External (Spend). An out-of-the-box ready to use dashboard is available to users who have been granted access to Management Dashboards & Reports.

You will likely want to configure it to suit your own needs. Using the filters available, you can select:

• the currency to be applied
• the time period to be analyzed (years, quarters, months)
• which time periods to display
• costs to be included:
  • Adjustments (ex tax)
  • Disbursements (ex tax)
  • Professional fees (ex tax)
  • Tax

Each widget within the dashboard is configurable to suit your specific needs, allowing you to display charts stacked by external resource, priority, category or size.

Finally, Xakia's spend dashboard is fully interactive - click on any component to filter across the whole dashboard. Want to see information about the work done by Lenny Law Firm only? Simply click on the bar representing that firm, and the dashboard will filter accordingly.
