Xakia provides an extensive range of reports which are highly configurable to include - or exclude - information as required. This is a short summary of reports that include, or can include, external resource related information, including spend. All reports are highly configurable, allowing you to include or exclude information as relevant and manage the matters or engagements included in the data set of the report. The following reports include information about external resources engagements and spend. 

External Invoice List

A summary of the invoices received, grouped by division, category, firm and more, and setting out key invoice information.

Analysis Report

Running the Analysis Report, and including the page 'External Resource information' will provide this summary information within the context of broader analysis of the Legal Department 

Table Report

Use this report to show a simple table of engagements by law firm, grouped or sorted by division, category, priority, size and more.

Detailed Matters List

Use this report to show matter budget and a list of invoices within the context of other specific and detailed matter information.

Concise Matters List

Use this report for a quick snapshot of all your matters, including the cost estimate and costs to date.
