Recurring tasks

Do you have regular, repetitive tasks that you need to capture in your Xakia matters? Either indefinitely, or until the end of a longer dated matter?

With recurring tasks, you can set up the task once and select a 'recurrence interval'. Once the task is completed, Xakia will automatically create an identical new task due at the recurrence period defined.

Recurrence can be set at:

  • None
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly 
  • Quarterly
  • Bi-Weekly
  • Yearly
  • First Day of Month
  • Last Day of Month
