This release brings the ability to manage multiple versions of a document in Xakia Documents (DMS)
Version control
New version control functionality in Xakia Documents (DMS) allows you to manage multiple versions of a document during its lifecycle, reducing risks and inefficiencies created by ineffective version management. This new functionality includes:
- ability to manage multiple versions of a document, including the ability to give each version a unique description (e.g. counterparty draft; agreed form; etc)
- ability to designate any version of a document as the Official Version, helping team members to understand what the 'master' version of a document is at any given time
- ability to share all or only selected versions of a document with Internal Clients in the Internal Client Portal.

A couple of other enhancements
- Contract Logs can now be automatically provisioned on a matter of a designated category (e.g. Contract & Commercial), removing the requirement to manually add it
- "Importance" is not longer a mandatory field for creation of a Contract Log entry
- Admins can now allow a user access to either or both of Xakia and the Internal Client Portal
- Numerous small improvements and bug fixes to recently released spend management functionality
