Enter details of your entities for inclusion on each matter.
A Company Administrator can follow the steps below to enter information about the entities for your organization.
- Click 'Admin' from the top navigation menu
- Click on 'Company Admin' on the left hand menu
- Click on the 'Corporate Entities' tab
- Click 'Add New' on the right hand side of your screen
- Enter the relevant information
- Click 'Save'
These entities will now appear as options to add to each matter under 'Entities'.
Managing corporate entities
- Click on 'Edit' next to the entity to edit details
- Click on 'Activate' on the entity to include it as an option to add to matters
- If you are no longer using an entity, click on 'Deactivate' on the entity
Using the filters
Use the filter on the top right hand side of the screen to:
- View all corporate entities set up
- View only active entities
