Capture and view the full history of a matter through your audit log.
Location Administrators can turn on and view a full matter audit log on each matter.
To activate this feature:
- Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu
- Click on 'General Settings' in the left hand side menu
- Select the 'Features' tab
- Turn the 'Matter audit' toggle to 'On' and click 'Save'
On each matter, an additional tab will now be visible for Location Administrators only. This tab will display:
- The date of the change
- The user who made the change
- The change that was made
- 'Read' information, such as when a user viewed a matter form
