Capture and view the full history of a matter through your audit log.

Location Administrators can turn on and view a full matter audit log on each matter.

To activate this feature:

• Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu
• Click on 'General Settings' in the left hand side menu
• Select the 'Features' tab
• Turn the 'Matter audit' toggle to 'On' and click 'Save'

On each matter, an additional tab will now be visible for Location Administrators only. This tab will display:

• The date of the change
• The user who made the change
• The change that was made
• 'Read' information, such as when a user viewed a matter form
