For repetitive matters, load a template to have your matter form pre-filled and speed up the matter creation process.

To use a template when creating a new matter:

• Click the '+ New Matter' button in the top navigation menu
• Click the ‘Actions’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen
• Click 'Load Template'
• Search for the template or scroll through the list of templates displayed and click on the 'Load/Edit link
• Edit your matter for unique information and click ‘Save’
