Keep your internal clients informed about their legal requests
An internal client can easily make a request using Xakia's Legal Intake & Triage process. By using the Internal Client Portal, your internal clients can take this to the next stage. They can check on the status of their requests at any time and see key information including:
- Status and reason (where 'Awaiting Action')
- Matter Manager
- Date required
- Latest status notes when shared with your Internal Clients
- Discussions, where you can share direct messages with your Internal Clients
