Document links in Legal Intake, Dispute Log Report

This release includes the following:

• Legal Intake*:
  • Document links - when a Requester is completing the 'Legal Request' form, he or she will now be able to include document links in addition to, or instead of, attachments;
  • Completion email - when a matter status is set to 'Completed' the initial Requester will receive an email advising that the matter has been completed.
• Dispute Log Report**: for users of the Dispute Log, the Dispute Log Report will provide information about jurisdictions, claim information, dispute velocity and other dispute specific information.
