Outlook integration details, CSV download and multiple bug fixes

In this release:

• Outlook integration available for activation. See Knowledge Base article here.
• CSV export from Matters List now includes only matters as filtered and displayed on the Matters List at the time of the export.
• Bug fixes:
  • Date picker was failing to recognise day 31 in some months in some time zones - now fixed.
  • External fee management (law firm hub) was not recognising decimal places correctly - now fixed.
  • External fee management (law firm hub) was not recognising rejection of invoices - now fixed.
  • Status updates incorrectly saving time to ensure they are ordered correctly - now fixed.
  • Selection of users in reports should include deactivated users - now fixed.
