Gmail add-on, Internal Client Portal enhancements, Intake notification inclusions, status notes character count and DMS non-website links.
In this release:
- Gmail add on - access Xakia from your gmail account, to create, search and manage your matters. Getting started is a simple, quick process and details can be found here.
- Internal Client Portal - matter view for internal clients will now include a slide out to display:
- Request number
- Requested by
- Status and (where Awaiting Action) the reason
- Matters List 'Internal Client' field - so that you can keep track of which matters your internal clients have access to, you can now filter your Matters List to display the 'Internal Client' field and to filter on this basis.
Note that the Internal Client Portal is available at the Xakia Advance subscription level. - Status notes character count - helping you to manage your status notes for reporting, a character count is now visible on the status note screen.
- DMS for non-website links - for clients with a document management system with a web interface, but not hosted on a website, the 'DMS' field will now allow you to include a clickable link.
- Dashboard consolidation - following the release of a more sophisticated All Matters Dashboard, which allows you to drill down into Sub-Divisions or Sub-Categories, the separate Divisions and Categories dashboards are rendered obsolete so these have been removed from the Dashboards navigation drop down.
- Intake notification inclusions - inclusion of further information on notifications sent when Legal Intake Requests are submitted:
