Location Administrators can view a list of active users, who will be invoiced at the next billing date.

The number of users on your invoice is equal to the number of currently active users + the total number of users invited to the platform, but who have not yet accepted their invitation.

Note: You must be a Location Administrator to view this list.

View a list of currently active users

In order to see the list of currently active users:

1. Select 'Admin' from the top navigation menu
2. Select the appropriate Location from the left hand navigation bar
3. Select 'Security' from the left hand navigation bar
4. In the top right of the screen, use the filter to select 'Only active users" from the drop down list

View users with pending invitations

Users who have yet to accept their invitation will not appear on the 'Only Active Users' filter list.

You may determine pending invitations by:

1. In the top right of the screen, use the filter to select 'All Users' from the drop down list
2. Any users with 'Edit | Resend Invite' beside their emails have not yet accepted their invitation
