A subscription occurs at the Location level. Here, you can select your level of subscription to be:

A subscription level can be changed by an Administrator on an account by following these steps:
- Select 'Admin' from the top navigation menu
- If you have access to more than one Location, ensure you have selected the correct Location from the left navigation bar
- Select 'Subscription' from the left hand menu
- Choose your desired subscription level and click 'Update Plan'
The features available to you will change immediately and your next invoice will reflect this new subscription level.
