Set key dates and add them to your personal calendar with invitations.
Once your Location Admin has activated calendar invitations in your organization's settings, you can add a matter key date to your personal calendar. Follow the steps below to get started:
- Open a matter
- Click the 'Tasks' tab
- Click on the 'Add Task/Date' button
- Select 'Key Date' and add the information required
- Check the 'Sync with my calendar' tick box
- Select the users who should receive an email invitation
- Click 'Save'
Users will receive an invite via email to add to their personal calendars. These invitations currently operate on an 'accounting date' based on the Location date and time settings.
Note: a known bug on this feature is the date compatibility with Mac-hosted systems (including O365 for Mac) for the 'end' date. When an invitation is received via email, the date can be manually adjusted to match the 'from' date. This will be addressed shortly.
