Understand how to use report filters effectively to get the information you need.
Xakia has a wide range of filters to help you build a report that reflects the information you need. These filters will vary based on the report in question, but are essentially captured in four sections:
Who
These filters allow you to limit the matters included in your report based on:
- Who is working on the work reflected in the report
- Who the work is for
- How it is being resourced
- Which corporate entities or third parties are tagged on the matter
Status & Dates
These filters allow you to include matters of specific status levels and/or within a specified date range.
What
These filters allow you to limit the matters included in your report based on:
- Categories/sub-categories
- Work types of matters to be included
- Hashtags that have been included on the matter
Qualitative
These filters allow you to select matters of specific qualitative fields.
All fields are multi-select, so you can include one or more of the options in each field.
