Email notifications can be helpful for keeping you up-to-date on matter information and deadlines.
Email and in-application notifications will be sent in the following circumstances:
To the Matter Manager:
- Matter assigned
- Matter due
- Matter completed
- Task assigned (where assignee)
- Task due (where reminder selected)
- Task completed
- External Invoice Added
To team members:
- Matter assigned
- Matter due
- Matter completed
- Task assigned (where assignee)
- Task due
- External Invoice Added
Note: For security purposes, email notifications will not, by default, include matter information, but this can be changed to do so by your Admin user - click here to find out how to manage content in the email notifications. In-application notifications will include matter information.
