Do you want your email notifications to include specific matter information, such as matter name or matter description?
By default, Xakia does not consider email to be a secure method of communicating potentially confidential information. Therefore, as an information security precaution, there are no matter details included in notification emails, unless an account admin elects to activate the account settings to populate the emails with matter details.
To adjust your email notification content setting:
- Select 'Admin' from the top navigation menu
- Select 'Notifications' from the left hand navigation bar
- Customize the content of your email notifications by toggling 'On' or 'Off' the various options available from the list
- Click 'Save' on the top right hand side of the screen
These updated details will appear on scheduled emails AFTER changes are made. For example, existing matters where the date required has already been set, will not reflect the new email notification settings, but all new matters created after the change has been saved, will include the new email notification settings.
Please note: Xakia uses Sendgrid API to process and send notifications emails. The matter details included in notification emails through toggling the options above are processed by Sendgrid for the purposes of sending the email, but are not stored or processed for any other purpose following the email being sent successfully.
