Use the Dispute Log listing to collate, sort and analyze your information about disputes and litigation.
The Dispute Log provides access to information about all your disputes and litigation in one place.
Note: The Dispute Log is available as part of the Xakia Advance subscription level.
In this article, you'll learn how to:
Activating the Dispute Log
Ensure that your Dispute Log is activated and linked to the appropriate category to get started. An Administrator of your account may activate your Dispute Log as below:
- Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu
- Click on 'Xakia Advance' in the left hand menu
- Select the 'Logs & Libraries' tab
- Enable the Dispute Log toggle to 'On'
- Select the category that you wish to connect the Dispute Log with. This will mean that the Dispute Log tab appears on a matter when this category is selected by a user
- Click 'Save'
Accessing the Dispute Log
To access information about all your disputes and litigation in one place, you can use the Dispute Log listing:
- Click on the 'Logs & Libraries' link in the top navigation menu
- Select 'Dispute Log' from the drop-down menu
- Select the columns you would like to display
- Click 'Save'
You may then use the columns displayed to find the information you need.
