Overview
With a Contract Log, you have a single, central place to capture key information about your contracts, including:
- Name of contract
- Parties
- Key dates
- Governing law
- Value
- And more!
How to activate your Contract Log
To activate your Contract Log:
- Click on 'Admin' from the top navigation menu
- Click on 'Xakia Advance' in the left navigation bar
- Select the 'Logs & Libraries' tab
- Enable the Contract Log toggle to 'On'
How to search for contracts in your Contract Log
To search for contracts in your Contract Log:
- Click 'Logs & Libraries' from the top navigation menu
- Select 'Contract Log' from the drop-down menu
- Click the 'Edit Columns' button on the top right to display the information you need to search (you can select up to five columns from the list)
- Use the header box at the top of the column headings to filter your contracts and find what you need
