I know that there are matters in the system but they are not showing on my Matters List. Where can I access them?

Answer

In your Matters List view, you can use the 'Filter List' functionality to ensure that the matters displayed meet your needs. To access this, please:

• Click on the 'Actions' button in the top right hand side of the Xakia platform
• Click 'Filter List'

A slide-out will appear, where you can filter for:

• 'Completed' and 'Cancelled' matters
• 'Favorite' or just show 'My matters'
• Confidential matters

Options selected on this filters list slide-out will 'stick' and remain in place each time you return to the Matters List until you change or clear these settings. You can clear filters by:

• Clicking on the 'Actions' button in the top right hand side
• Click on 'Clear filters and search'
