Legal intake custom text, Dispute Log jurisdiction options

In this release:

• Legal intake custom text: you can add custom text to your Legal Intake form, which will provide instructions to your internal Requesters but not require an 'answer' or field input. See Knowledge Base article here.
• Dispute Log jurisdictions: the Dispute Log continues to grow, with additions to the jurisdictions available in the U.S.
