Custom fields, Parties & Entities enhancements, Matters List columns, Internal Briefing Notes, Task & Matter Reporting.

In this release:

• Custom Fields - custom fields can now be created and managed centrally, for use throughout the Xakia platform. Note that custom fields from Legal Intake have been auto-created, and can now be applied across multiple legal intake request types by dragging and dropping into each request form.

• Parties & Entities - making the completion of entity & party information on a matter more seamless, this information has been moved into a slide out. See further information here.
• Matters List columns - adding new columns for sorting and searching:
  • Awaiting Action Reason 
  • Reference
• Internal Briefing Notes - on legal intake instructions, you can now add internal briefing notes when assigning a matter to a member of your team. 
• Task & Matter Reporting - a new list report is available, showing a simple list of matters and tasks due  per team member, split by date:
  • today
  • this week
  • next week
  • overdue
