Legal Intake document instructions, live updates on Card View, Dashboard enhancements, bug fixes.
In this release:
- Legal Intake Documents -
- add instructions to document attachments on your intake form;
- set the document attachments or document links to be 'required' fields to ensure that your internal clients send through the information you require.
- Card View live updates (when 'live updates' are turned on in your Admin area) - will see updates by one user automatically updated on your Card View. To see information about 'live updates' click here.
- Bug fixes -
- Matters list - sorting by priority or risk was inconsistent. This has been fixed.
- Legal Intake:
- Rejecting Requests was only available to Location Admin. This has now been extended to all Request Admins.
- Deactivating Legal Intake forms did not show any activity. Now when a form is deactivated, it will become immediately inactive and be removed from the 'active' list.
- Status notes - copy and paste of rich text into the status note was causing the character count red text to appear randomly. This has now been fixed.
