Legal Intake Request numbers, Card View enhancements, Expense Log links and User Adoption Report
In this release:
- Legal Intake Request numbers - when your internal business clients submit a request, each request will now be given a reference number, which will provide you with a unique identifier until the matter is created and assigned a matter number. More information on Legal Intake can be found here.
- Card View enhancements:
- Task information - the expanded card view for each task now contains additional information about the task, including:
- status
- task detail
- Awaiting Action reason - the expanded card view for each matter with a status of 'Awaiting Action' now contains the reason for the status.
- Task information - the expanded card view for each task now contains additional information about the task, including:
- Expense Log hyperlinks - accessing a matter directly from the Expense Log is now as simple as clicking on the matter name.
- User Report - this new report available as a 'Management Report' will show simple details about the use of Xakia for each of your users. This report will assist with supporting user adoption.
