Legal Intake, Report & Dispute Log enhancements

In this release:

• Legal Intake Preview - when building your legal intake forms, you can now preview these in your design panel under the tab 'preview'.
• Legal Intake instructions, including all custom fields and instructions, are now captured in the single matter report, accessible by clicking Matter > Actions > Report.
• Dispute Log - database additions to allow for:
  • Dispute Resolution Method: now includes 'Investigations - Internal' and 'Investigations - external'
  • Status of Claim: includes 'Closed - inactive'
