Drag and Drop Matters List Columns, Hide Completed Matters Notification, Rename Company and Location, External Resource Notification Preferences, and more!
Drag and Drop Columns in Matters List - you can now reorder columns in your matters list by clicking and dragging the column to your preferred ordering view.
Hide Completed Matters Notification - in the Matters List view, the filter list defaults to Hide Completed Matters. If you filter in your status column to Completed Matters, but the Hide Completed Matters filter list is checked, a message will appear to direct you to uncheck the Hide Completed Matters box in order to view Completed matters.
The message will read "Show completed matters by unchecking the filter in the Actions/Filter List menu."
Manage Notifications for External Resource Invoices - if you are a team member on a matter, you can now choose whether you prefer to receive email notifications when an external invoice is added to the matter.

Prompt to Leave Matter with Unsaved Changes - if you have made changes to a matter, and attempt to leave the page without saving the matter, you will now receive a reminder prompt to choose whether you prefer to leave the page, or stay and edit the matter.
New Dispute Log Jurisdictions - we have added new regions in the Dispute Log. The following regions and their jurisdictions are included under the "Region", "State" and/or "Forum" fields of the Dispute Log:
- United States > State > Colorado Equal Opportunity Commission Civil Rights Division

See Registration Status of External Resource - you can now determine if an external resource has an active registration status within a matter, or if they have been invited but not yet completed their registration (ie. "Registration pending"). If you need to, you can quickly and easily resend an invite. For more information, see this article.
Search Parties & Entities in Outlook Add-In - you can search your parties and entities within the Outlook Add-In to record relevant parties and entities on your matters. Learn more about using the Outlook Add-In to easily create, edit and update your matters here.
Rename Company and Location - users with Admin permission level can now rename their Company and Location.
- Rename Company: In Company Admin, go to Settings, there will be an option to rename the company
- Rename Location: In General Settings, under Features, there will be an option to rename the Location
