You can view the registration status of your external resource on a matter by following the below instructions:
- Click on the matter
- Select the 'Resources' tab
- If you are using multiple External Resources, select the External Resource you wish to view
- Click on the 'Invite' button at the bottom of the page
- Your list of Existing Contacts will display on the right sidebar
- If your Existing Contact has not registered, their name will be greyed out, with a status showing as 'Registration Pending'
- A tooltip will also appear over the External Resource with either of the following messages:
- "The user has not been sent a registration email, and is not registered."
- "The user has not yet completed their Xakia registration, which was sent via email on [date of email]"
