Connect Business Tools to your Internal Client Portal: You can now add a tile to your Internal Client Portal that connects your internal clients to other tools that your department utilizes to submit requests to legal. For example, if you use Ironclad, you can now add a tile in your Internal Client Portal that will link your internal client directly to Ironclad.
Display Custom Fields in Internal Client Portal: Internal Clients are able to view all custom fields from the legal intake form in their portal. The custom field questions and answers will be displayed under the "Description" tab related to each matter request in the internal client's portal. Ironclad - Adding Matter Followers: If you are using the Internal Client Portal, and are integrated with Ironclad, when a Matter is created from Ironclad, the Ironclad contract creator will be automatically added as a matter follower so that the Matter appears in their internal client portal.
Identity Provider in Admin (Single Sign-On or "SSO"): If you are set up to use SSO, An option to choose which identity provider for each user has been added. When you add or edit a user, you will be able to select which identity provider they will use for logging into their Xakia. You can follow the instructions in these articles, to learn more about setting up single sign-on.
Bug Fix: Changing Matter Managers on the User/Status Card View were not reflecting correctly. This has now been fixed.
