Internal Client Portal Updates including connecting Ironclad to ICP, Sorting Tiles, and Internal Clients Reordering Requests in ICP, DMS - Download All Documents at Once, and Enable iManage Toggle
Connect Ironclad to your Internal Client Portal: If you are integrated with Ironclad, you can now add a tile to your Internal Client Portal that routes your internal clients directly to Ironclad to submit requests to your team.
- Internal clients will be able to access Ironclad directly through their Internal Client Portal, and submit requests to your team.
- Once submitted in Ironclad, their request will create a matter in Xakia
- Internal clients will be able to view the Matter in their Internal Client Portal.
Sort Tiles in Internal Client Portal: You will now have the option to sort and reorganize the tiles to the preferred order in your Internal Client Portal. Tiles can be organized in your Admin by simply dragging and dropping the Tiles to your liking.
Order Legal Request List in Internal Client Portal: Internal Clients can sort and reorder their legal requests in their internal client portal for easier reference, by clicking on the column header in the request table, including Matter Number, Name, Status, Date Requested, and Date Required. Legal Request document sharing: to make the sharing of documents easier for legal intake users, the document tab has been moved to a pane on the right hand side of request forms. This format is now used in both the Internal Client Portal and the standalone legal intake format.
DMS - Download All Documents: Easily download all files within a matter by selecting the new "Download All" button. When selected, a zip file containing all documents will be immediately downloaded and placed in your selected download location.
Enable iManage: Set up your iManage integration before turning it on. We've added a toggle to the iManage configuration that provides an option to enable the integration when setup is complete. Learn more about the iManage integration in this article.
