Send Multiple Documents to Your Document Management System, Status Notes Notifications, Documents Added Notifications, Deactivate Unregistered Users
Send Multiple Documents to Document Management Systems: If you are integrated with a document management system, you can send documents that are submitted through Legal Intake and Internal Client portal directly to your DMS. You have the option to select one or multiple documents to send immediately to where your folders sit in your DMS with a link back to the document(s) stored within your Xakia matter.

Status Note Notification: Your internal clients will now receive an email notification when a status note has been shared with them.
Documents Added Notifications: You can now choose to receive email notifications when a document is added within the Internal Client Portal. The email will display the Matter Name, Number, Name of the Person who Submitted the Document, and the Document Name. The content of these emails can be controlled in your Notification Preferences in your Admin area.

Deactivate Unregistered Users: Any user that has been added to Xakia, but not invited, can now be deactivated. Users that have been sent an invitation, but have not yet finalized their registration, can be deactivated after choosing to revoke their invitation.
