Intake Dashboard – New Filters and Settings

We have updated the Intake Dashboard, by adding new filter options and a settings panel, which allows for filtering by:

• Selected Date Ranges of Requests
• Intake Request Types
• Request Timeline

We have also added a new Chart Type, which allows for a more interactive view of incoming Requests and date ranges.

This chart can be viewed by your Categories, Departments, Request Types, and more.

Store Documents in Contract Logs

Documents can now be stored in the Contract log. In addition to adding document links to connect your contracts, you can now upload documents to your Contract Log.

Note make sure to enable the document functionality within your Admin section. You can do that by viewing these steps.

Upload Documents to Any Matter in the Internal Client Portal

Internal Clients can now upload documents to any matters, including matters that were not initiated from intake requests. Previously, Internal Clients users could only add documents to legal requests and matters that were created as legal requests. With the added functionality, you can now add documents to all matters in the internal client portal.

New Languages have been added

We’ve added new language options within Xakia for any user to choose their personal language preferences.

You can now translate your Xakia to languages, that include, Danish, Dutch, French and Portuguese for Xakia and Legal Intake.

Character Limit Increased on Status Notes in Outlook

The Character limit in the Status Notes section in the Outlook Add-in have been increased to 750 characters, allowing for more detailed notes from within Outlook.

If you haven’t already, install the Outlook and Gmail integration by following the links.

Bug Fixes

Document notifications profile & preferences are not applied- Document notifications were being sent to the matter manager despite the “Document Added to Matter” setting being disabled. This has been fixed.
