Updates to the Internal Client Portal include search FAQs and fixed 'name' and 'email address' fields
Search FAQs on the Internal Client Portal
We have added a search feature on the FAQ page that now allows Internal Clients to search for questions and answers in the Internal Client Portal. This makes it easier for the Internal Clients to quickly get the information they need to work faster and more efficiently.
'Name' and 'email address' fields fixed
The Contact Name and Email Address fields are no longer editable in the Internal Client Portal when submitting a request. This prevents errors in form submission. Xakia Admin users may consider adding instructions on the Email field suggesting that the 'Send Notifications' fields can be used for additional email addresses if other team members need to be included on a request.
