Outlook Add-in Enhancements

We made some small changes with big benefits to the Outlook add-in!

New Filters

Users now have the ability to filter by their favorite matters and to hide completed matters.

Hide Confidential Matter Name

Users have the option to redact, hide or show the matter name for confidential matters. This will function the same as Confidential matters in the matter list view. 

Add a Key Date

Users now have the ability to add a key date to an existing matter from within the Outlook add-in.

Status Notes Character Increase and Hover Text

The character limit has been increased for the Status Notes in the Outlook add-in. Users can now add up to 750 characters in this field and at least 4 lines of text will display. For text longer than 4 lines, hover text will display the entire status note.

Group Field Default

The Group field will now default to the group the user is a member of. This will be consistent with how the Group field functions in the main Xakia platform.
