Xakia features an in-built Time Tracking function, which allows users to record time against their matters.
To activate time tracking in Xakia:
- Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu
- Click on 'General Settings' from the left hand menu
- Under the 'Feature Settings' section, set the toggle for 'Time Tracking' to 'On'
- Click 'Save'
Once activated, a 'Worklog' tab will appear on your matter form.
This tab shows all time recorded on the matter, broken down by user, work type and duration.
Recording time on a matter
Further time can be recorded by:
- Click on the 'Add Time Entry' button on the right hand side of the screen
- Complete the details on the slide-out
- Click 'Save'
Reporting
Time recording information can be analyzed using the 'Work Logs' Dashboard or 'Work Log Report'.
This report provides an analysis of work logs recorded between dates selected by you.
It contains:
- Information about work logs on matters by size, priority, work type, group, Category and Division
- A Xakia Quadrant analysis for logged hours on each matter
- A list of matters with work logs
